We are a Tulsa based husband and wife team born and raised in Jenks,. We strive to deliver professional skills at a fair price and make it our highest priority to get the job done right the first time. I (Jarrod) worked for 10 years in Healthcare and loved helping people, but knew I needed a change. So in 2018 I started the process of transitioning to painting as a new career and found it meditative and life giving. The pandemic led me to jump back in to healthcare and I traveled as a nurse to rural parts of the country to help out wherever I could. When I came back to Tulsa, we started Heritage Paint and Remodel and have loved being able to help customers since!
We are very easy to work with and personable. We really care about our customers, so we don't rush through your project, but we take our time and take great attention to details. We try to be very upfront with our customers and talk through their project with them before we start noting any areas of concern so there are no big surprises.
Painting is, in my opinion the cheapest and fastest way to transform any room in your home. I would say taking time to choose the right colors and sheen for your project is really worth it. I know there are so....many....options, so it can seem overwhelming, but I would say don't play it safe, put some color on your walls. A new color can invite a new perspective, inspire you, and even calm you after a hard day. Paint is powerful.
I have always loved fixing things. Starting with my first home, but knowledge is not enough without experience, so from the time I was little I have been working with my hands and turning to a career as I got older was a natural fit for me. I have always been detailed, so painting is a natural fit for me!
I primarily run the office and scheduling, but it’s not uncommon for me to throw on my overalls and work along with Jarrod on a paint project. I love working hard, working with my hands, and most of all working alongside my husband. Interior design and creating beautiful spaces brings me so much joy, and it is such a privilege getting to work closely with our customers!

All of our estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed. You will receive a written report with a breakdown of the cost and time estimated for your project. As well as list of products we will be using on your project and reference images .
With each color consultation, you will have the opportunity to meet in person with us to go over the paint products we use, we will show you examples of colors we can suggest for your space and will leave you with samples of recommended colors as well as information on our products and business. Colors can be hard to deal with and we want every paint customer to feel good about the color's they've picked out!
Every custom wood project is different and we will closely communicate with you about your needs and expectations. We'll provide picture references from previous work done and do our best to understand exactly what your needs are before the project begins.
After we agree on a price and the services we do our best to make payment as simple as possible. We take all major credit cards, cash/check or can work with you to arrange financing through our partner services. Payment is normally accomplished in clearly set out milestones. For insurance claims, we cannot bill your insurance, but we will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement.
Our customer service team (Rhiannon) will communicate with you every step of the way. On jobs that span more than 2 weeks, we schedule them as individual projects. This lets us evenly divide up the work into neat and predictable timelines, and allows time for our customers to review the previous work done before each payment is made and before we move onto the next item. If we can see that there are things keeping the work from being completed we'll reach out in a timely manner and set a new timeline as well as push the payment date out. We find that this transparency between us and our clients does a lot to lessen the stress of a large project.
